HIP NECK SPINE
Musician Daphne Guinness called upon Nick Knight to direct her latest music video for the song Hip, Neck, Spine. A continuation of their artistic collaboration, Knight visualises Guinness' transforming visual identity which was partly inspired by Old Hollywood cinema, in particular, Marlene Dietrich, and the period's influence on 1970s high fashion glamour. This transformation was immortalised by 12 illustrators who formed a visual orchestra live on set with one brief: to capture the stunning couture looks of Daphne Guinness, styled by Alexander Fury.
